We provide a warm, safe and supportive environment for residents who are leaving residential care, foster care, residents with mild learning difficulties and learning disabilities, unaccompanied minors and respite. Residents are supported and empowered to develop life skills towards independence and to grow and develop into young adults.
We prepare residents to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to move onto independent living within the community. We support residents’ pathway plan by promoting the development of independent living skills through a flexible and responsive approach. We support our residents to identify and take part in Education, leisure, volunteering, apprenticeships/training and employment and other activities and opportunities aimed at improving their self-esteem, confidence and economic well-being.
